Making The Wolfsonian's rich collection digitally accessible is crucial to maximizing its use by students, faculty and visiting scholars. The museum began this process in 2007 by starting to digitally photograph objects and scan library materials and seeks to make 50,000 searchable images available on its website in the next year. The Wolfsonian has made its Italian and Dutch collections available on the Publication of Archival, Library & Museum Materials (PALMM) website to encourage scholarship on its collection throughout the State University system. With the help of FIU faculty and staff we can increase access to this vital FIU resource.
