The School of Journalism and Mass Communication is a globally engaged school that excels in educating communication students in a multicultural environment to be critical thinkers, innovative professionals and writers, and leaders in their fields. The school is fully dedicated to assisting our students in becoming informed global citizens and professional communicators who possess the knowledge, experience and cultural sensitivity to develop and implement relevant communications strategies at the international level. With that in mind, the SJMC Dean’s International Scholars Ignite Fund will be established to assist current SJMC students wishing to participate in an SJMC Study Abroad Program. Funds will be made available to SJMC students of all majors enrolled in a study-abroad class. Preference will be given to study abroad classes offered through the SJMC. The funds may be used to support travel, lodging and other expenses incurred during their participation in the course.

- Recurring Biweekly Payroll Deductions – Your Gift Amount will be deducted continuously. (i.e., $1.92 = $1.92 per pay period until you request a change)
- One Payment Payroll Deduction – Your Gift Amount will be deducted from one pay check only. (i.e., $100 = $ 100 from one pay period)
