This project was created in honor of Dr. Arun J. Prakash. The purpose of this project is for the enrichment of the PhD in Business Administration Program (Finance Concentration) at FIU’s Chapman Graduate School of Business.
The mission of the Association is to develop and maintain networks by connecting alumni, faculty, and friends, who support each other, and work towards mutually beneficial activities while building the brand and reputation of FIU’s PhD in Finance alumni and students.
The mission is accomplished by events and activities like the Annual Student/Alumni Colloquium, featuring research projects that focus on topics of importance and relevance to the theoretical and empirical issues in Finance. Top researchers in the field will be compensated for their in-depth reviews and feedback.
The mission is also embodied in the Alumni Association’s commitment to recognize outstanding students, faculty, alumni and alumni volunteers through its award programs.
How to Give
- Recurring Biweekly Payroll Deductions – Your Gift Amount will be deducted continuously. (i.e., $1.92 = $1.92 per pay period until you request a change)
- One Payment Payroll Deduction – Your Gift Amount will be deducted from one pay check only. (i.e., $100 = $ 100 from one pay period)
