The Kevin A. Hill Scholarship is being created to benefit graduate students in the Department of Political Science and International Relations who are enrolled in a course of study with a focus on American Politics. Prof. Kevin Hill was a professor of Political Science in FIU for twenty four years with a passion for American Government particularly Southern Politics and Florida politics. Although Prof. Hill began his career as an Africanist, he will be remembered for his unique ability to analyze the complexities of American political behavior which inspired many students throughout his career.
